What do we know about Strip Binding?

Binding is a professional, attractive, and secure method for assembling loose written communications into professionally bound documents. Strip binding can be done in two ways: SureBind and VeloBind. The final product looks exactly the same. However, there are slight differences in the mechanical part of the component.

The main differences between SureBind and Velobind bands are:

The SureBind comb has 10 pins and the Velobind comb has 11 pins with corresponding holes in the receiving strip.

The SureBind pin is slightly offset and fits tightly into the hole in a plastic-bound punched document. This keeps the integrity of the binding and prevents it from moving through the larger binding holes. Velobind pins are evenly distributed along the strip.

SureBind combs and straps are slightly wider than Velobind, so colleagues from YPS Binding Technology Co., Ltd. provide card box packaging to make small coils with smaller specifications more neat and beautiful in a box.

Tape binding uses tamper-resistant plastic strips to lock proposals, abstracts, lawsuits, materials, forecasts, etc. (any bulk paper up to 3 inches thick-750 sheets of 20-pound coated paper) in place. The system provides ultimate security for customers' bound documents. No additions or deletions may be made without authorization. By thermally riveting two plastic strips together, this unique hot-knife process safely binds documents together. This permanent binding is more secure than comb binding, wire binding, coil binding, or any other binding style on the market.
