Automatic Binding Machine Operation Preparation

A. Insert the nylon tube into the inlet before binding.

B. Connect the power supply of 220v/50hz, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, and it can be hot riveted in about 6 minutes.

C. Move the worktable back and forth to meet the size requirements of the edge of the drilled hole and the binding part. Press “Down” to move the drill bit down to the paper. Release the key before the drill tip touches the paper to check the hole. The position is suitable. After the position is determined, fix the table with the table locking pin and press the “Reset” button to reset the bit.

D. Carefully inspect the drilled area to avoid metal objects and other foreign objects. The binding documents should be leveled to avoid damage to the drill bit.

Drilling operation: Set the binding file and jog the “Start” button on the left side of the operation panel. The drill automatically completes the punching and resets itself.
