Instructions for use of automatic binding machine
1. Bindings are limited to paper.
2. Binding paper should be inspected carefully before drilling to remove debris, such as pins, paper clips, staples, magnetic cards, tape, etc.
3. When the machine is working, it is strictly forbidden to touch the drill with your hand or place your hand under the drill or pressboard.
4. When installing and unloading the drill, the power switch should be turned off, so as to prevent the operator from being injured due to misoperation.
5. When drilling, the temperature of the drill is very high. Do not touch the surface with your hands to avoid burns. If it is necessary to replace the drill, wait until the drill has cooled down before disassembling it.
6. When the drill returns automatically without drilling through the paper, the operator should remove the drill knife chip, grind the drill, or replace the drill. (For details, please refer to "Seven, chipping and grinding drills")
7. Avoid punching again in the drilled or stapled position, otherwise it will cause chipping.
8. The spacing of the binding holes must not be too small, otherwise it will affect the hot pressing of the binding tube.
9. After about 50 holes are drilled, turn the special rubber pad by 60 °. After one full rotation, please replace the special rubber pad. Do not use ordinary rubber pads or other substitutes!
10. Pay attention to cleaning the chip receiving box at the bottom of the machine in time to avoid the accumulation of paper scraps leading to machine failure.
11. A straight binding tube must be used.
12. After each drilling, be sure to take out the binding tube from the nozzle to avoid confusion with the binding tube intercepted by the next drilling, which will affect the binding quality. If the length of the last binding tube is not enough, insert a new binding tube, remove the drill, and operate again (only cut the tube without drilling). Take out a binding tube of appropriate length for crimping.
13. After punching, if there are residual paper scraps in the bottom hole of the binding material, it should be removed before entering the binding tube for crimping.
14. Do not touch the upper and lower hot riveting heads and guide pins to avoid burns!
15. If the time interval between two punches is long, the operator should punch the drill after chipping to prevent chipping.
16. After finishing the binding work every day, please turn off the power, pass the drill to the chip and clean the paper chips in the chip box.
