The Package of Double Wire O

        Metal double wire binding is poplur book binding wire for notebook and children's book. also widely use for office and DIY binding.

        Now the spiral binding wire o there are two main types of packaging. one is double wire o spool working for semi-auto wire o binding machine, it the best packge to improve binding speek and improve capactiy . please check the following picture to help you learn more about it.

But the issue is during this period of rising sea freight the spool package cost is higher to import. so most of people thinking to change another way to import the metal spiral binding wire o. 

            The other packaging of double binding wire o is pre-cut A4 size with white box , the normal is for 3:1 pitch with 100 pcs/box, or 250 pcs/box. the bigger size is 50-20pcs/box  or 150-200 pcs/box. it can be make follow customer request. here is the pictures for refernce.

           Some peopel would love to 92 or 100 loops doubel wire o. all their reuqest according their usege habits. however, no matter what's packaging we can accept and produce either. the pre-cut wire o can't working for semi-auto binding machine. maybe the binding speed and capactiy can be reduce. but it's economical way for transport, cause the pre-cute wire o save more space than wire o spool.
