Instructions for understanding and maintenance of automatic punching machine

If you want to keep your automatic punching machine better, you need to know some knowledge. First try to use a better quality lubricant, preferably using lubricating oil, sewing oil, pure motor oil or butter; compressed air must be dry, solenoid valve can not enter the water. Before using the punching machine, be sure to check the punch for any residue, especially the knife edge and the lower mold part. Do not allow the waste to stay on top; if the punch is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry place. And to ensure that the punch is wet.

Punch accessories are generally composed of four parts: solid-state laser, electrical system, optical system and three-coordinate moving table. When the laser working substance yttrium aluminum garnet is excited by a light pump (excitation pulse xenon lamp), it absorbs light having a specific wavelength, and under certain conditions, the number of metastable particles in the working substance is greater than the number of low-level particles. The phenomenon is called particle number inversion. Once a small amount of excited particles generate stimulated radiation transitions, the light is amplified, and then the oscillation is generated by the feedback of the total reflection mirror and the partial mirror in the cavity, and finally the laser is output from one end of the resonator.

The laser can be processed by focusing the lens to form a high-energy beam that is incident on the surface of the workpiece. The electrical system includes a power supply that supplies energy to the laser and a control system that controls the laser output (pulse or continuous). In the latter, automatic control devices for driving the table according to processing requirements are sometimes included.

The function of the optical system is to precisely focus the laser beam onto the machined part of the workpiece. To this end, it contains at least two parts of the laser focusing device and the observation aiming device. The projection system is used to display the back of the workpiece and is equipped in a relatively complete laser beam puncher. The workbench is manually controlled or controlled by a numerical control device, and moves in the three-coordinate direction to conveniently and accurately adjust the position of the workpiece. The table top of the processing area on the workbench is made of glass, because the opaque metal table will cause inconvenience to the inspection, and the table will be damaged after the workpiece is broken. A suction and blowing device is arranged under the focusing objective above the workbench to keep the working surface and the focusing objective clean. The lasers currently used are mainly YAG lasers and CO2 lasers, and there are also some excimer lasers, isotope lasers and semiconductor pump lasers.
