PET Plastic Wire Extruding Machine

PET plastic filament extruding machine is a very important equipment, widely used in the production of PET platic spiral. This machine is simple to operate, by adjusting the speed of the extrusion and winding part to change the thickness of the wire, to ensure the quality and uniformity of each glue wire, to achieve the purpose of producing high-quality PET plastic coils.

It works very fast, up to 15kgs per hour, which means that we can manufacture a large number of PET plastic spiral coil in a short time, which can meet the needs of customers for high quality and fast delivery. Secondly, the operation of the extruder is very simple, and the line thickness can be changed by adjusting the speed of the extrusion and takeup parts, and even diversified customized operations can be carried out. This greatly lowers the threshold of operation, making it easy for people without specialized knowledge to get started. At the same time, the machine has good safety performance, can effectively avoid the occurrence of various safety accidents.

High Productivity Auto PET Filament Extruder And Plastic Filament extruding Machine

The machine is mainly used for the extruder of thermoplastic, such as soft , hard PVC etc. Equipped with the corresponding anxiliary (Including the forming head)

It can process different plastic productions, such as film, pipe, sheet board, belt, cable insulation layer and hollow production and so on, it can also used for granulation.

The machine has advanced design, high output, good plastics, low energy, adopts involutes gear wheel, has the feature of low noise, Smooth operation, large load, long life.

In the process of producing PET plastic single coils, the roundness is very important, because only the wire with good roundness can ensure the speed and quality of the spiral forming. This extruding machine can ensure that the roundness of each PET plastic wire is very high, and can be adjusted according to the need to achieve the best production results.

There are many advantages of our PET plastic wire extruding machine, such as high efficiency, easy operation, and high quality of the finished product, so in the production of PET plastic coil, the use of the machine can not only improve the production efficiency, but also greatly improve the quality and service life of the product, and also play a very important role in reducing waste and reducing costs.
